Do NOT make stuff up to try and get a discount after your wedding has ended and you realize how much you really spent and are now freaking out...
We document EVERYTHING from the time you sign your contract until after your wedding has happened and will not budge when you are fibbing.
However...
If you do have a legitimate complaint and something really did go wrong, please feel free to complain. We need to know in order to make the correction and ensure that sort of thing doesn't happen in the future.
